Rental Conditions

It's free to register and home for rent in bonzoliving.com.
As a guest want to rent your apartment to an inquiry sent to you via email and / or SMS. You answer yes or no to the request. You can answer yes to several requests.
Guests are now asked to pay a deposit of 20% of rent by credit card. Once payment is approved and confirmed the reservation locked. The deposit appears to bonzoliving.com
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
When the deposit has been paid the landlord is not entitled to raise the price of the rental.

Now, you as landlord access to the guest's contact information. We advise you to contact as soon as possible to agree on key disclosure and other practical matters. You will also agree how and when the remaining payments will be. Unless otherwise agreed, payment in full to be the landlord not later than seven days before admission. Otherwise, take the right values to cancel the booking.
Each guest has the right to cancel within seven days before the rental period starts.
If you cancel less than seven days before admission, the guest must pay the full payment.
As landlords, you are responsible for providing information on the property is accurate and that you have your landlord or condominium association permission to rent out.

BonzoLiving conveys only contact between tenants and landlords. Any dispute is incumbent on both parties to resolve.
That is up to landlords and tenants to agree a code of conduct for home.
BonzoLiving have no responsibility for taxation of income from renting. As a landlord you are obliged to inform you of yourself which tax rules that apply.
At Check-In/Check-Out the landlord and tenant jointly inspect the dwelling and agree on what rules apply for any damages during the rental period. BonzoLiving have no obligations concerning damage to either property or estate.
It is for landlords and tenants to have adequate insurance.
BonzoLiving do not store credit card information for payment.
